The Senior America Welcome to Atlantic City Talent Show for 2011 will be held in the Eden Lounge, Monday Oct. 3rd at 1PM at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Senior America Members may apply to perform in this show by completing the form below, by blocking the form and choose 'print selected' option. MAIL TO THE ADDRESS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM (Pinky O'Neil). Please DO NOT mail this information/payment to: Senior America, Inc. Please include a non-returnable copy of a CD containing only your talent material that you wish to be played in the show.
