Help support your Favorite Queen by taking out an ad encouraging and honoring her in the National Pageant

The time is fast approaching for the 2009 Ms. Senior America Pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey, at The Harrah’s Resort, October 4th-8th, 2009. We are pleased to inform you that once again the Ms. Senior America Pageant will publish a professionally produced program ad journal. The program will be "8 1/2 x 11" professional stock. It will be a tribute to the contestants and the "Age of Elegance".

As in past years, with your help we will produce a Ms. Senior America Souvenir Program Book that will be kept for many years. Please help support the nations’ oldest Pageant honoring senior women for their talents and ongoing contributions to their communities.

Your advertisement will be highly supportive of and greatly appreciated by your contestant and Senior America. Please complete the contract enclosed, and return it with your ad, camera-ready, and your check for the applicable amount, as soon as possible, BUT NO LATER than SEPTEMBER 1st to Senior America at our office address above.

All ads must be Camera-ready in Black & White

Any photos, company logos or other items appearing in the ad must be laid out.

JPEG and PDF files on CD (not zip disk) are acceptable

Half Page   7 1/2"w x 5"h
Quarter Page   3 3/4"w x 5"h

Ad must be accompanied by check or money order payable to Senior America, Inc.

COPY REGULATIONS

All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher. Advertising which violates commonly accepted procedure or the philosophy of Senior America will not be accepted.

Advertisers and their agencies assume all liability for all content of advertisements published and for all claims arising in connection with the publication of the ads.

Advertisements must adhere to size limitations of paid space allotment.

Absolute deadline for all advertising is SEPTEMBER 1st
