Komen Breast Cancer Race for the Cure, Beta Sigma Phi (Life Time Member), American Business Women's Association, Women's Civic League, Christian Women's Association. Wanda was on the Board of Job's Daughters and DeMolay Boy's Club while their children were members in these organizations.
Wanda served as Recording Secretary for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Cheyenne. Each year Women's Civic League (WCL) hosts a project called WCL Christmas House. Women of the organization work together on crafts and porjects and make items that go into Christmas House, a specially selected home in the community. WCL moves in for the first week-end in December. Tickets are sold to tour the Christmas House. All the items made by members are sold and the profits from this undertaking are donated back to the community to purchase hospital equipment, help assisted living establishments, Safe House of Cheyenne, etc. Profits each year run in the neighborhood of $40,000. Christmas House is always a huge commitment; however, giving back to the community is especially gratifying. Wanda retains membership in Cheyenne Women's Civic League.

The Ms. Senior America Pageant is
the world's first and foremost pageant to emphasize and give honor to
women who have reached the "Age of Elegance." It is a search
for the gracious lady who best exemplifies the dignity, maturity and
inner beauty of all senior Americans. The Ms. Senior America philosophy
is based upon the belief that seniors are the foundation of America, and
our most valuable treasure. It is upon their knowledge, experience and
resources that the younger generation has the opportunity to build a
better society.
