Emma Ward is involved in many Organizations such as: The DC National Association for The Education of Young Children (DCNAEYC) and Children's International Summer Village (CISV). She does Volunteer Work for Children's International Summer Village Southwest Neighborhood Assembly, The United Planning Organziation, Partnerships in Education and African Genesis as well as DCNAEYC. She loves to Travel, Tutor, Walk, Read, Dance and Attend Plays. She is a teacher and has worked for the Federal Government for over 35 years as a Program Analyst and a Job Counselor for youth and seniors. She sums up what her life has been like since reaching 60 years of age in 3 simple words, BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL! |

The Ms. Senior America Pageant is
the world's first and foremost pageant to emphasize and give honor to
women who have reached the "Age of Elegance." It is a search
for the gracious lady who best exemplifies the dignity, maturity and
inner beauty of all senior Americans. The Ms. Senior America philosophy
is based upon the belief that seniors are the foundation of America, and
our most valuable treasure. It is upon their knowledge, experience and
resources that the younger generation has the opportunity to build a
better society.
